Dave and his team did an outstanding job on our bathroom reno. Presented great design ideas, helped fix some issues that I had created with some DIY work, and did a great job on the project.
Communication was very good, they helped us work with vendors to choose and secure product, and follow-up for any issues or questions was quick and hassle-free. Will use again for next bathroom, and would highly recommend!

Our experience having our bathroom renovated, and our floors and wall tiled by Dave and his assistants was excellent! As anyone would, I wanted the best job done and he exceeded my expectations. He pays attention to detail in ways that you don’t even think of, and I highly recommend him for any of your tiling needs.

Dave and assistant Brad got it done. I'm fussy. I wanted to hire someone who's skillful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable, eager to please, a good listener, respectful, patient and tidy. Almost someone who doesn't exist. But I got used to hearing Dave's motto "I've gotta make it right for you", -- when he insisted on extra safety reinforcements. Or "Come and have a look" when he wanted to explain his modus operandi to complete a task. And I must single out the tile work because it's brilliant. And becoming a lost art.
If you're happy with the estimate and Start Date you need to line up the other service people ASAP. Dave will suggest but never dictate so your
ideas are safe. Thanks so much for everything Dave and Brad.

LoDuca has done 2 bathroom renovations and a powder room for us
over the years. They always start on time and finish on time. Great work.
Will return if something needs some attention and is no charge . Highly recommended.

Dave instaled the shower door which had a massive leak at the bottom seal. Also the door does not close smothly. Had enough of his so called workmanship and called in another contractor who knew how to instal the door the right way. So long poor contractor.
As far as the tub is concerned what can I say when one brakes a hose and does not test it before laying the tile all you get is a flood. Now I have no tub and no dinning room because of water damage. Thanks.

Dave wrote contract that explained floor installation but he failed to mention the option to remove old floor. When I had got home from work I had a uneven floor that was 4 inches high. When asked why he he didn't remove old floor he replied it wasn't in the contract. He didn't care or mention floor removal
