Phil and team provided were really professional in carrying out the inspection of my home which is nearing second year Tarion warranty. Phil was very helpful in clarifying all the doubts I had and explaining on everything related home inspection, which was very educational for someone like me who is very new to this subject.
Phil and the team looked into every little detail and pointed on all issues, most of which we had not even identified.

A home purchase is no small investment and Phil made me feel as though he was inspecting his own him.
