Thorough Home Inspection & Report
A home purchase is no small investment and Phil made me feel as though he was inspecting his own him. Took time to thoroughly check things, point out small issues, obvious issues and also in the post inspection report (which came within about 5-10 minutes of his departure to my inbox) highighted the priority items to address. I also appreciated as I shared some changes or modifications I wanted to make, they offered suggestions as to how to make it easier as a DIYer! Really appreciated the treatment I received, the time they took and the quick report to help me digest all the information to take in!
