Phil and his team were very thorough, professional and polite. They took the time to answer all of our questions and the report they provided was exceptional. They found items that we missed even after living in the house for a year. Their report referenced the Tarion articles and it was much easier to include everything in our year end report to the builder. I would highly recommend Phil’s service, especially if you will be submitting your one year report to your builder.
