Just wanted to take a moment to send a message of thanks from me and my mum for the great job you did for the inspection yesterday. The report and pictures are excellent and will make our one year report meaningful and complete. I am very impressed with how quickly you made the report available to me and thanks for sending the electronic files. You were very patient with my many questions, and I appreciated the tutorial on the HRV. Plan to buy the humidifier as well.
