My husband and I are very impressed with Phil's knowledge and expertise during the home inspection. He is also very friendly, patient, kind and respectful. Phil pointed out several items that we did not noticed and suggested many recommendations to remedy the problems. He also took the time to explain his concerns and why XYZ needs to be updated. It was a pleasure to work with Phil and would contact him if needed in the future. We highly recommend Phil!
