Mike the inspector, was on site before our scheduled time. He spent 3+ hours checking all parts of the house including a possible water leak, boiler issue and other not obvious items. Very thorough, explained a number of items to me during the inspection and has a friendly personality backing up an obvious experience in house inspection. Would use him again.
