Produced inaccurate drawings, which cost me lots of extra time and money

The owner of this company provided me inaccurate drawings for my project. This inaccuracy cost me significant extra time and cost in dealing with the Toronto City Inspector involved.
What I found to be very disappointing was that my final bill from the company did not acknowledge this error through some type of discount. The final bill was not reduced by even one dollar.
