Our backyard has never looked better! We had the great pleasure of working with Daimon and his team recently and cannot say enough great things about Daimon, his team and their work.

Daimon has great landscaping knowledge and provided us with great ideas for our backyard. He is trustworthy, resourceful, hard working (and his team), and meticulous in their work.

We had spent most of the summer trying to find someone to fix up our patio, after getting quotes from numerous companies, Daimon was like a breath of fresh air. He was very mindful of our budget and offered many great suggestions that worked within our budget. Although we had asked many other companies to give us a quote with a breakdown of what each item costs, Daimon was the only person that actually did it. His quote was fair in comparison to other quotes we had received. With his quote being itemized we were able to fine tune exactly what we wanted and keep within our budget. He also offered us a much longer warranty compared to all the other companies. That alone told us that his work was going to be high quality. For these reasons plus Daimon being such a personable guy-we hired Ashlar Landscapes.

The actual work Daimon and his crew (Matt & James) did was phenomenal. They all worked incredibly hard and checked in with us often to make sure it was to our liking. They put in great quality work, were efficient, tidy and professional from start to finish. Not only that, they even went above and beyond by transplanting several plants & trees for us as well. They were always mindful of their work space on our driveway and made sure we could always get in and out without a problem before they left for the day.
In the end, they left us with a beautiful walkway to the backyard and an amazing patio that we will no doubt enjoy for many summers to come.

The project looks fantastic. The design was perfect for us. and the products used were topnotch. Daimon's ideas helped this all come together perfectly. The work was done on time, they were easy to work with and they took pride in theire workmanship as well as clean up. Great job! Would highly recommend Ashlar Landscaping!

I was very impressed with Daimon's attentiveness to detail, and creativity. He had several great ideas and nice finishing touches that made the overall project look fantastic. He was very professional, courteous and made himself available to ask questions and be involved in any details. Daimon and his crew were very careful and conscientious in their work, and ensured that my new stamped concrete was not impacted by any of their work. I am very, very pleased with the finished product and would most definitely recommend Ashlar to anyone. I'm sure I'll have neighbours asking me soon.

Daimon and his team of Steve and Mike did a great job on our backyard patio interlock, natural stone steps softscaping plans. They were very responsive to our telephone calls and inquiries.

The work was performed well within our budget in a timely and clean manner. They were flexible with some last minute revisions that we made as well as provided us with some insight to some changes throughout the week.

We were very impressed with dealing with Ashlar as we had the opportunity to reivew the progress on a daily basis with Daimon - the owner.

The team was very diligent in their end of day clean up both in your yard and on the street that did not go unnoticed by our neighbors who were impressed with the work and their cleanliness.

We will be contacting Ashlar to handle our front hardscape and softscape needs next year.

We are very pleased with Ashlar's work, and would not hesitate to recommend them. Daimon promptly attended my home and quickly provided me with a detailed written quote that was reasonably priced. His team led by Steve were prompt, professional, and very hard working. I was amazed by their dedication evidenced by their ability to work during a very hot stretch of weather (I suspect many other contractors would have used the weather as an excuse to delay the project). The quality of the materials used and installation are superb. We can't say enough good things, hire Ashlar and you will not regret it.

Daimon was very responsive during the quoting process and freely answered any questions we had. He was also one of the few contractors we had out that actually provided a written quote/contract. He directed us to work he had completed in the past and to suppliers of pavers to give us an idea of available products and styles. He kept us informed on an estimated start date. Daimon worked with us on a daily basis with our design as we were uncertain of exactly the look we wanted. He was also cooperative with changes throughout the building process. Daimon went above and beyond the initial contract and performed additional minor work agreed to verbally after full payment was received. We are both very pleased with the end result and have gotten many complements from our friends and neighbours. We will definitely call him back when we are ready to renovate our back patio.

We hired Daimon to whip our new backyard into shape. He had a great balance of incorporating our design wishes but also making suggestions to better the project or save money. His crew was professional and courteous, no small thing when you consider that these people are camped outside your house for days!

Overall I am very satisfied with end result and with the service experience!
