The Home Professionals No Longer In Business

I was very happy with the work that was done on my home, everything was completed to my satisfaction and I would definitly recommend this company to others. I am very happy with the service I received.

They incrementally increased from 59.00 to the cost to over 12500 dollars by creating urgency and panic. I regret dealing with them and depressed for paying so much for nothing.

Terrible customer service! The technician came to repair our eaves troughs, which are pouring water right down the side of our house. He came and did some work, and said it was fixed. The next rainstorm came with no improvement to the problem. Now when I have called them to come back, they keep putting me off. They have a very annoying answering service, when you call you can't actually speak to anyone, you have to wait for them to call you back. Which they never do. Won't be using them again!

I had bought a deal to get my eavesthroughs cleaned and Vlad the person who came was a very nice young gentleman who did a good job of cleaning my eaves. He recommended I caulk nails, replace warped/loose shingles and replace one of the exhaust vents. He showed me all the damage and did not pressure me at all to fix any of them. I was impressed by his professionalism however I found the pricing of the work to be a little on the higher side.

The eaves are now clean and I am hoping they fix the roof isses in the same professional manner. Vlad did a great job in cleaning my eavesthrough.

Update: I got the above recommended work done but was not impressed with their cleanup effort as there loose shingles on the roof and nails which flew down. I've cleaned it up (not the nails yet) but for the price I expected them to do a proper clean. He did put the pipe into the eavesthrough but I would've preferred if it would be angled to avoid spillage. I would've assumed he would've done that but it's ok. If their price was cheaper I'd give them a higher rating vis a vis their work quality but for the price they charged I think a 6 is reasonable.

I'm glad I used this company to do a roof inspection since they notified me of a roof vent cover that had been removed by a racoon. We weren't aware that racoons could get into our attic. The service technician arrived on time and showed me photos of the problem. He also provided me with a flyer outlining a recommended solution.

I bought a deal through one of those daily-deal emails. It was for eavestrough cleaning and a roof inspection. I really didn't want the inspection, just the cleaning.
One of the reviews here on homestars said that this company gets on your roof, then finds other problems to try to upsell you, so I was basically sitting by my phone at work, waiting for them to call. And...that's what happened. They called to say the cleaning was done, but that I needed some caulking done on the roof, and that the eavestrough wasn't properly attached and needed some work, and the guys said he "got special permission from my office to do the work now at a special price." Gimme a break.
I had someone up on my roof recently and they found no problems at all. The house is 9 years old.
I'm not saying this company was flat-out conning me. I don't know that for sure. But it does seem suspicious. My guess is that the $59 deal is a loss leader for them, and they need to upsell in order to make a profit. This strategy probably works on most people.
That said: they arrived on time and the staff were friendly. And $59 for the cleaning is a good price.
