Eavestrough cleaning and repair

Cleaned my eaves, told me they weren't attached to house properly, paid extra to do that, didn't do it properly, didn't clean the junk out of my eaves completely, booked an appointment for another day to come back, showed up a week early without a call only to have their technician prop a ladder onto the roof and scare our nanny and kids because they were unexpected. I have tried several times to get in touch with the manager for an explanation of this, have left several messages and nether Scott or Brandy will call me back. Never will use this service again and would never recommend it to anyone to use either.

What could this company do to improve their services?
take a course in customer service and relationship management.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
use someone else...please

In response on the day of the cleaning we mentioned to you about the addition work which you wanted to have done.
We stated the work could not be completed at that time and we would have to book for a later day.
We had your appointment booked on Fri Aug 10 which we phoned you to inform it could not be completed that day due to the rain and we would reschedule for a later time no appointment was set.
On Monday Aug 13 we decided it was best to send our technician to complete the work since the weather was good and we had to cancel your previous appointment on Friday.
You phoned us when he arrived saying you did not know about the appointment and wanted to speak to the manager. Melissa explained why we sent him and thought it would have been in your best interest to have it done since we missed your appointment. Im not sure why your nanny and kids were terrified of someone fixing your roof? However Melissa asked you if you would like him to proceed or if you wanted to rebook, you stated to Melissa that you would like him to proceed.
This was the only time anyone in the office has got a call from you and there were no messages for neither myself or Scott to phone you other than that day which we thought Melissa had resolved. I confirmed this information with both the call center and receptionist.
