We were in need of new eaves. Contacted the Eavestrough Company based on their internet reviews. The result? Scheduling was seamless (pun intended), and the estimate provide very thorough and professional. We hired them and the job looks great. In all we had a seamless experience getting our new seamless eavestrough.

Good company but I had to do a lot of day-by-day checking/supervision to get what I wanted since not all the foreseeable job scope details (at least those that should have been foreseen by the company owner) were not brought up/discussed/options agreed and priced before the job started and therefore were not detailed in the quote. Owner, who supplied the quote, did not show up first day of job or anytime during the week- length job.

Moved into a brand new house 3 years ago. Shoddy workmanship everywhere. We have done nothing but fix things since we bought. This year, we had a windstorm and we had some fascia come flying off our house. Couldn't get the builder to give this any attention so I went out looking on my own. I contacted Wendell at The Eavestrough Company. He was there promptly to measure and provide a quote to do the work. They came out within a week to replace it. The color match is spot on. We were very happy with their work and professionalism. We would definitely recommend them to others.

We arranged a quote with The Eavestrough Company. Wendell came out and was very thorough and detailed with the quote. The job was arranged through their office and I can't say enough good Faye! What a sweetheart she is. The installers came out. The eavestroughs, downpipes, leaf gaurds, fascia and soffit were installed professionally and look great. I don't often rave about companies but my experience with this company has to rank among one of the finest experiences I have ever had. They even let me put the whole thing on my Visa card!

For me, It's difficult to get excited about new eaves and leaf guards BUT dealing with The Eavestrough Company altered my perception. From arranging the estimate appointment, to the actual appointment and then to the workmanship...well, I couldn't help being delighted. What a well run company!

Wendell L. - owner - stopped in to price it out Wendell is very knowledgeable in this business, and is a straight up shooter: tells it the way he sees it with no sales pressure tactics...he's been around a fair bit and has nothing left to prove. His quote was very competitive. The software package that the TEC uses is formal and professional, the quote / invoices are emailed to you in a PDF format. You pay nothing up front, only when the job has been completed to your satisfaction.

The job was performed according to the contract and the job site was cleaned up quite meticulously.

Another thing I found convenient is the fact that I could pay using my mastercard therefore, allowing me to accumulate points! Cha ching$$$

Very happy with the job. Wendell came out gave us a quote, was realistic about when they would get to my job, gave me fantastic suggestion about a "rain chain" rather than downspout. Emailed a quote immediately. Price was better than other contractors.
Staff who came to do the job were courteous and very helpful with suggestions about the rain chain and relocating downspouts to a better area. Did the job in a couple of hours. Colours were a great match to the siding. Faye in the office was so courteous also.

I am VERY happy with the work The Eavestrough Company did on my house. The customer service I received was top notch. Wendell answered all of my MANY questions and listened to all my concerns before I agreed to the work. After the work was completed, I wanted to change the direction of a downpipe and he was prompt responding.
It's VERY hard to find a good contractor who cares and does good work. I think The Eavestrough Company surpasses many in workmanship, knowledge, pricing, and TREMENDOUS customer service. I'm going to recommend them without hesitation.

Very satisfied customer. Wendell came out to our home twice to make sure we were all on the same page to resolve an existing water issue. Price for replacing all eaves and downspouts was very competitive. It was always a pleasure to talk with Faye. The work crew was courteous and did a fine job.
