The Eavestrough Company

I found this company on a google search, and cold-called Eavestrough Company with a rather urgent and special eavestrough request.
I remember the first call very well - I spoke with a lovely gracious office administrator, who ensured that my request was managed well. An onsite assessment was done very quickly and then the work was executed soon after, exactly as planned, no muss no fuss, with a very high quality result.
It was a pleasure doing business with this company; I am definitely a satisfied customer, and would definitely recommend this company. :-)

the eavestrough company was from start to finish very professional and did an amazing job on our eavestroughs as the rain falls down no water near the house and NO blockage of any debris. they are very good at what they do from the office to the installers thanks again danny & jayne balla

We are extremely satisfied with the service and quality of our new eavestrough installation! Not only is this protecting our home (we had water running in all the WRONG places!) it looks amazing! New eavestroughs made a difference to the overall 'look' of our home! The team were efficient, friendly, arrived when they said they'd arrive and completed the job within the time planned. The installation was so well done - very professional. We've had a number of renos this year and this was the easiest! We couldn't be happier with the work done!

Very professional very clean and fast.

I wasn't home when the job was completed but when I do get home I didn't see anything it was like like there hadn't been any renovation. The eavestrough look fantastic no more dripping at the corners.

I am Extremely upset with this company. I paid $6127 for new Eavestroughs, Facias and Soffits and still have a leak dripping on me through a seam directly above the stairs to my door. There are many other leaks/dripping as well, but the one above the stairs is the one that leaks on me when I enter/exit my house. I called the company and they refuse to do anything, because they said it is a problem with the roof and a lack of roof trimming. I sent them pictures showing them where the leak was coming from, and the roof trim that they claim is not there, and they won't do anything about it. I could understand if the leak was coming from between the house and facia/soffits, but it's not. It's coming from the centre along the seam. Now I can either contact my lawyer or just go up with a can of Flex Seal to stop the leak. They only reason I gave them 1 star is because it looks nice. Unfortunately it doesn't do what it was designed to do. DO NOT use this company.

They completed the job promptly within 2 days and showed excellent workmanship. Explained any issues they found and how they corrected them. The area around the house was kept clean.

From the quote, which we received printed on the spot to the crew that came to install the troughs, everyone was professional and built trust. Wendell recommended a rain chain - we had never heard of them and are so pleased with the final result!

This was not the cheapest quote we received, but given the level of service, quality, and the other ratings on this site, we were happy to pay a bit more. Would definitely recommend!

This company replaced my eavestroughs in May 2017. My call for an estimate was returned quickly and they showed up to complete the work within the timeframe I was originally quoted. The team was professional and very friendly. They did excellent work and the gutters look great! When the work was completed, they took the time to walk around the house with me so they could explain in detail the work that was done. They cleaned everything up and hauled it away for me. There was nothing to do but admire the handy work and I'm sooo glad I found these guys!! Thanks again!
