warning !!!!
the sum pump installed by Mc Kenna Plumping of Oakville in my house never found working ,
they installed it in 8 month ago in August 2021 . today , when I called them and complained for not working of the sum pump ,they before trying to understand that this their device failure , just keep going asking for service fee . the device I purchased from them has 5 years parts warranty and 1 year labour warranty .
Despite these fact , they hang up the phone and told that not willing to continue and refused coming for a look for troubleshooting .
