Straight Up Masonry

Straight Up came promptly when I requested an estimate. They stuck to the budget, came on exactly the day they said they would and finished the job on schedule. Their communication was great, by phone and also email, which was terrific.

Unfortunately, the moisture seepage through the wall has not stopped. I had already fixed the chimney and the roof. In the fall, Straight Up identified the problem as being with the weakened tuck pointing of the exterior wall brick. For a while there was no more moisture, but in mid-winter, it was back. Problem not solved, interior plaster needs another messy repair and I'm back to the drawing board.
