I live in a 4-storey townhouse in downtown Toronto with an A/C unit on the flat roof, accessible only by ladder from the 3rd floor balcony. It gets very hot on the upper floors, so working A/C is critical for my family, but many companies are reluctant to sevice our A/C due to its awkward location. I was given Eugene's contact information at ACfurnaceGTA by a friend, and he was able to secure an appointment within days. The tech showed up exactly on time and was knowledgeable and professional; fixed my problem right away (I needed a new capacitor) and even agreed to help a neighbour with their unit on the spot while he was up on the roof.
