I actually called the Appliance Healer because of the one negative review they had (and their response to it). I knew there must be a lot more to it so I read their side and thought how unfair it was. Samson came the same day I called, conveniently updating me as to exactly when he would be arriving. He quickly discovered where the leak was coming from and even had a part with him to fix it on the spot. He gave us a deal on the part and the price of the repair was very reasonable. He expained everything he was doing and had a recommendations. He and Tinna were pleasant and patient working through the chaos of my family's evening. I took their cards to recommend to friends and I won't hesitate to call on them again should we require any other appliance repair.
