This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. I was referred to Sam and he was pleasant. The roofing team did a good job and I enjoyed having them work on our home.

Our roof was older and missing a few shingles, so after researching roofing companies last Fall, we asked Sean to come in and give us a quote, with the work to be done in the Spring. Because of the heavy rain we had throughout the Winter and into the early Spring, we developed a small leak in the bathroom. When we called Sean, he got back to us very quickly, managed to rearrange his schedule and had his crew here within a couple days. We were grateful for this because the forecast was for heavy rain for the next 2-3 days.

With a one day window of opportunity, Sean and his team started work promptly and we were impressed with their speed, quality of work and professionalism. The clean up afterwards was meticulous and by 5:00pm that day, you couldn't tell that anyone had been on the property.

The work was done on schedule and the clean up was immaculate. Sean and his crew were very professional and I received positive comments from my neighbours as to how impressed they were about the work and timelines.

Jeff and his crew arrive on time and do a superb, safe job. They worked very quickly as well. Having worked with many contractors, the thing I like about Jeff the most is he always seems to be in quiet, calm control of all of the work being done. He is also a contractor who answers his phone after he is paid, to take care of even the smallest concern about the outcome.

There was a section of the roof where it has weekend and needed attention quickly because water was getting in to my home. The Roofers responded quickly and professionally.

A few years after moving into our home in Maple we had to have our roof redone. We had various companies come out and give us a quote, many of which tried to gouge us because of the area we lived in - the roofers were not only fair in price, they were also extremely professional.

5 years later and with some harsh climates (very windy in our area) some of the shingles came lose and ended up with a small bald patch on one side of the roof. All it took was a call and they had someone out to investigate to ensure there was no damage and repair the patch THE SAME DAY!

So impressed with the level of customer service and the pride they take in their workmanship. I would definitely recommend The Roofers to anyone looking to have their roof done. These guys are really all about customer satisfaction.

Showed up on time, removed the old roof, performed as per contract, cleaned up on time, finished ahead of time and the roof looked great.

Sam gave me a precise description of what was to be done, and of materials to be used, as well as the time and money it'd take. He
is a consummate professional roofer, thorough and efficient, pleasant and reassuring. He and his crew were punctual, focused on the job which was done perfectly, and priced very reasonably.
