The Roofers

After Sean courteously came over to give me an estimate to re-shingle my roof with a complete GAF package, we also discussed my other needs and the timelines for the job to be completed. True to his word, Sean waited for the right day to perform the work. Sam and his team were all very hard working, courteous and went beyond my expectations to do an excellent job. My neighbors have now finally admitted to me that my roofing job is far more superior than the 'cheaper' roofers they had previously chosen. Thank you so much to The Roofers team !!!

Sam Samimi and his team recently installed our roof. They arrived early and started working right away (they did not waste any time). Sam brought in a lot of guys and the roof was completed very quickly. We are extremely pleased with their work. Sam and his team are friendly, hardworking, dedicated, organized, and most importantly, professionals. Sam is good at returning phone calls and emails - he definitely cares about the customer. The team did an outstanding job cleaning the property when they were finished. After the disposal bin was removed later in the day, Sam returned to check the driveway for debris. The Roofers were organized and professional. They brought with them lots of experience and knowledge. They listened to us and were able to address our concerns and answer our questions. Our roof had a few challenges including a small part that was flat - some roofers can't do flat roofs and subcontract them ot other companies. At any one time they had 8 - 10 workers on our roof - many of their employees have been with The Roofers for several years and they work as a team - getting the job done and done right. And everyone worked - there were no slackers. They did an impressive job and we highly recommend them. They swept the property when the work was completed.

Sean gave me an estimate for redoing my roof with GAF shingles plus an underlay. It was not the least expensive estimate that I got, but it was the lowest for this particular brand of shingle and warranty. It took a while for the job to get started due to weather related issues, but the job wasn't urgent. When installation day finally arrived, the crew was here at 7:00 ready to go. At one point there were 9 workers on my roof. The job was pretty much completed by 3:30. I think my yard was cleaner when they were finished than when they started. The workers were all very polite and worked diligently until completion. Sean and Sam were always accessible regarding questions and concerns both before and after the job was done. They were also very polite and respectful and put a great deal of importance on customer service. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I was impressed with The Roofers for being very professional and well organized. Sean took his time to give us a detailed explanation of the work to be done and always returned my calls. Sam did a great job making sure the work was running smooth. I got many positive comments from my neighbors too!

Sean came on time to provide us the price estimation, and it was very reasonable. He was very patient explaining to us the available material and the warranty policy. I had estimations from three roofing companies. But I decided to go with the Roofers, because of the warranty, the history of the company and that they are a BBB member.

My roof work started in July and I was impressed With 10 people on my drive way at 7 am. Three of them were the dump truck driver and delivery guys. There were seven people working on my roof. My windows and doors were all covered with ply woods to protect them from cracking by the falling shingles. My backyard was also covered by vinyle sheets to collect stuffs falling down from the roof. At the end of the job, they cleaned up the drive way, the lawn and front door. They also ran through my driveway with a magnet brush to make sure there were no nails.

With 7 people working on the roof, all the roof works were completed by 3 pm professionally and nicely. The installer were patiently and politely answered all my concerns and questions during the installation. They even went an extra mile to replace a down pipe leading from my eastrough. My down pipe was spilted along the back and rain water was bursting out from the split during heavy rain falls. Thank you and appreciate for replacing the pipe without any extra charge.

I had booked The Roofers (Sean) last year at the end of the season, requesting an installation this past spring. They phoned as requested, and the job was completed quickly and efficiently, the clean up was very good and I can thoroughly recommend the Roofers for anyone who needs a first rate team. In fact I was so impressed I have re-booked them to change my eaves troughs later on this year.

Overall very good. A little careless with property. They were punctual and cleaned up after their work. They admitted to ruining a section of inter locking . I was impressed that the following day
sean showed up to offer help in correcting the issues. Did not expect his return.
The fact that he came back to see me means a lot about the companys sincerity.Highly recommend them.
