We got our roof replaced by City 1 Roof Works at the beginning of the summer. We were nervous at first because this was our first time sourcing for this type of job; however, we were very lucky to find Danny who was very supportive during the whole process. The time may come where the original shingles on the roof needed to be replaced. As most do, we got three quotes and decided to go with roofs on homes. They were not the cheapest, but there sales material, and the way they presented themselves was first class. There salesperson, Danny, walked us through the process and showed us how they are different than many of their competitors. And he was right. This was the summer of roof repair our street and I was able to watch other companies doing roof work as well. Roofs on homes were the only ones to lay a tarp completely around the house, and to put protective boards in front of all windows. At the end of the day when they were finished and had cleaned everything up completely, the foreman asked me to step outside for a quick inspection. He pointed out that do to some material was not delivered there was a slight imperfection on the roof over the garage. If he had not pointed it out, I never would've noticed. He promised someone return the next day to fix the problem. And they did.
Not only did they fix the problem, but he would not take my check until they return the next day to make everything right. They were the same way when we signed the contract. I was ready to write the deposit check that evening but their salesman, Danny, said that no deposit was necessary, and they would only ask for the money when the job was finished. Not many contractors I know of are willing to work in that manner.
By the time they left our new roof was in place and if you inspected the grounds around our house you would never know they had been there. I cannot say the same thing for my neighbors who went with someone different because there's a little bit cheaper.
The saying is true,"You get what you pay for".

Danny made sure a temperory fix was put in place on the roof of our house and then worked us into the schedule to have the entire roof repaired in mid-Sept The guys on the job...experienced, professional, neat and polite. House roof looks great!

I cant say enough about the outstanding service I received from Danny, Chuck and the guys. My wife was critically ill this summer, and I had a leaking roof which needed full replacement - so I had a lot of other things on my mind. I had other contractors come out and say it would be 4-6 weeks before they could get around to it. Danny came by - gave me one of the best quotes, and understanding my particular situation, said that he could work my job into their busy schedule. It was a huge burden off of me - for which I will always be grateful. Chuck came by the next day and did some emergency repairs and the roof was replaced shortly after - and they did a first class job. I recently had my roof replaced by City 1 Roof Works. Danny, Chuck and their crew provided me with a very professional, first rate service. Last year I obtained several quotes before I actually spoke with Danny and I immediately felt comfortable with his explanation of work to be done and products to be used (My roof has a number of steep surfaces and is quite complicated to replace). The company Roofs on Homes a division of City 1 Roof Works team took our old, inefficient, not much ventilation 33 year old roof off and installed and very nice new efficient roof with lots of ventilation that will last for 50 years.
