The time may come where the original shingles on the roof needed to be replaced. As most do, we got three quotes and decided to go with roofs on homes. They were not the cheapest, but there sales material, and the way they presented themselves was first class. There salesperson, Danny, walked us through the process and showed us how they are different than many of their competitors. And he was right. This was the summer of roof repair our street and I was able to watch other companies doing roof work as well. Roofs on homes were the only ones to lay a tarp completely around the house, and to put protective boards in front of all windows. At the end of the day when they were finished and had cleaned everything up completely, the foreman asked me to step outside for a quick inspection. He pointed out that do to some material was not delivered there was a slight imperfection on the roof over the garage. If he had not pointed it out, I never would've noticed. He promised someone return the next day to fix the problem. And they did. Not only did they fix the problem, but he would not take my check until they return the next day to make everything right. They were the same way when we signed the contract. I was ready to write the deposit check that evening but their salesman, Danny, said that no deposit was necessary, and they would only ask for the money when the job was finished. Not many contractors I know of are willing to work in that manner. By the time they left our new roof was in place and if you inspected the grounds around our house you would never know they had been there. I cannot say the same thing for my neighbors who went with someone different because there's a little bit cheaper. The saying is true,"You get what you pay for". Highly recommended.
