Roofs On Homes A Division Of City 1

A number of roofs on our street were replaced by Roofs on Homes/City1 last year and everyone spoke very highly of their work. After researching several other companies' products and work and receiving numerous quotes, we decided to go with Roofs on Homes. I cannot speak highly enough of their work! The crew was extremely efficient, polite, and professional (unlike other roofers who have worked in our neighbourhood). They were in and out in a day and our roof looks fantastic!!! My husband and I are pleased with both the product and the installation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof done.

I’ve contacted Roof on Homes for a quotation and for re-roofing. I decided to re-roof my home with them due to the warranty and their certifications. The work was done on time. They had a good plan, because in the afternoon of the working day was raining, they worked on half of the roof, and the next day they finished the rest of the roof. They increase the number of attic ventilation fixtures to align the roof according to the new code. I specifically congratulate Danny for his professionalism, and Norm, the leader of the working team, for a very good job.

This is the second time I would be giving a review on HomeStar, I usually don’t like to give reviews. The only reason I give a review last year, after I had my windows installed, was because I was really unhappy with the job done and that company got a 0 rating. The only reason I am giving a review now after having my roof replaced is because I am very happy with the job done and I wish I can give a rating above 10 because this company and its entire work crew would have deserved it.

I got a few quotes and some were a bit cheaper and I was about to go with a couple of them, that’s until I did some research about those companies and discovered the reasons why they were a bit cheaper, and I realized that it wasn’t worth the risk of going with the quality of work and products they would have provided.

Danny, the owner, is an amazing guy. The first day he came to give me an estimate I knew he was an honest guy and I trusted him. He was the only estimator who went on my roof and looked at it before providing an estimate.
I was unable to decide on the shingles to go with and I asked Danny for his suggestion, he went beyond the call of duty and took his personal time on a Sunday to come by and look at my bricks and offered his opinion on the shingles he think would look good on my home. I went with what he suggested and it was a perfect pick, I already have people telling me how nice it looks.

You cannot ask for or find better roofers than these guys, everything they did were perfect. They arrived on time and did a great job on the hottest day of the year so far. Even though my yard was already clean, they left it even cleaner after they were done with their cleaning up, even my neighbor mention about the effort these guys put into cleaning my yard and surrounding areas when they were done.
Chuck was also an awesome guy and so were the rest of the crew. I was also happy to know I have the owners working on my roof and not some subcontractor.

Danny and his team were very professional, friendly, and timely. They did an excellent job replacing our roof. They showed me the troubled spots up on the roof, and explained how they were going to fix them. Their clean up was excellent. You really get what you pay for. Use them, they're great!!

We were very impressed with the crew who focused on the roof and did an excellent job. I must mention I was impressed with the clean up on completion, making sure they left no nails on the ground/grass. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbours and as a matter of fact have already done so. Cheers to the crew!!!

Chuck is the man. He treated me as his family. The price, workmanship and punctuality. Very clean after the work is done. He professionally did my roof. Amazing guy. Strongly recommended for those who wants their roofs professionally done.

When it came time to re-shingle my roof on my home, I obtained quotes from 3 companies. One of them was Roofs on Homes, which I asked to provide a quote, based on the company's glowing reviews. Well, in this case the reviews were accurate. I contracted Roofs on Homes and was not disappointed. Danny provided a fair and clear written quote. Chuck and his crew showed up on time, did an excellent job and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. We did have one concern about the work around a bay window and Danny and Chuck addressed the problem to our satisfaction the next day. There were some additional costs beyond the quote, but they were minimal and fully explained while the work was being done.

An amazing company! Well informed, honest and reliable. Danny gave several options and alerted us to problems that other companies failed to mention and Chuck was AMAZING as our foreman for the job. Clean up was great.
