I just bought a semi-detached triplex building.
I started getting complaint from my neighbor that water is leaking into her building from my roof. My neighbor installed a new roof for their unit using another company.
That same company wanted me to put a new roof.
Being a new homeowner-I decided to shop around. I called and emailed around 20 roofing companies.The cost varied from $8000 to $22000.
Some of the roofing companies were unprofessional and demanding.
When I called Danny over the phone- he said he will inspect the roof and let me know whether this is repair job or replacement job.
Danny and Chuck inspected my roof and mentioned that my roof is not that old and the condition was OK- it did not need immediate replacement but some repairs.
They also mentioned that they could help me out with eavestrough and downpipe installation.
Their service was exceptional- they showed me the changes they made with the roof and have also given me a very good warranty.
The reason I went with these guys is because they were honest(did not want to sell me a new roof) and they showed me what they were going to do.
I will refer Danny & Chuck to all my friends and family - and will use them for future business.
