We noticed that our roof shingles were curling, and were not sure how much longer the roof would last. Our gutters have been giving us issues for years and needed to be replaced. I like to ask many questions when I hire a contractor about workmanship, and what is involved in the project, and was happy to hear all the detailed explanations, which gave me confidence that this company knew what they are doing.
The crew came out with a large enough crew to complete the job in 2 days. They were professional and cleaned up well. They identified a few boards that needed to be replaced, which reaffirmed that the roof needed to be done at this time, and we caught it before more significant damage will occur. They installed new Maxvents for us to provide better airflow in the attic. A second crew came a few weeks later and replaced the gutters. We chose new colours for both the roof and the gutters that go better with the rest of colouring of the house.
