Our basement renovation was completed in June 2017, so this review is long overdue. For the past 10 months, have really enjoyed having the added space with a finished basement. Igor, Andrew, and Natalie were great to work with throughout the entire process. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. The crews (framing, electrical, plumbing, etc.) were also great. They were punctual and always cleaned up after a day's work. The work was completed earlier than the expected 3 weeks, so we got to enjoy our new basement sooner.
All of our questions and concerns were addressed promptly. After the work was completed, a few minor touch ups were required and Andrew sent someone right away to complete the work.
Our basement is L-shaped and Igor was able to optimize the space even better than we had imagined. We are very happy with the final design of the basement!
