We found FB on a simple Google search. It was our first search and our last stop. From the moment we saw their portfolio on their website, to contacting them and meeting Vitaly in person, we knew we had found what we were looking for.
My husband and I knew what we wanted in our new family space, but we couldn't trust or feel comfortable knowing that we'd be able to put together a cohesive group of contractors to transform our completely unfinished space into what we had envisioned for our family.
FB is a family company and what they have created for the last 18 plus years was exactly what we needed and were looking for and had all the faith we need to move forward with FB. Contractors, Designers and Engineers all in one place! We immediately felt peace of mind from our initial meeting, consultation and even giving our deposit all before getting an actual referral. Between Homestars and meeting with one of their clients with a similar project, we again knew we were making the best decision for our family.
Igor helped to capture all our ideas and Natalie gave me insight into design that I had never considered, but absolutely needed to ensure our family space was a place where we would spend hours and hours of our time. We were very impressed with every encounter we had before meeting our contractors, but were still a little nervous as it is a huge expense and a giant leap of faith. All my nerves were settled after meeting the FB contracting team.
This is where I could truly weep. Tears of joy! This team is filled with THE most talented, professional and likeable people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting or working with. The whole experience just blows our mind. Every detail and every where their hands touched, feels like they were not only doing their best job for us, but their best job for themselves. The atmosphere anytime you entered the project area was full of laughter and at times singing.
Any project of this nature however is going to have a hiccup or two, but it's all in the way it is managed. Every member of this team gave piece of mind and assurance that it would be completed to our expectations, with accountability and genuine word of apology, and in the end they very effectively exceeded all our expectations.
From the beginning to the end, this is a family endeavour; and for the duration of the project and even beyond, we feel a part of their family and to me this has completely ensured that the family space we had envisioned in the beginning is far more than we could have imagined, as it was delivered in impressive time filled with every beautiful detail and so much love.
