The crew and the company setup from Finishedbasement.ca is pretty amazing. Let me start with the showroom. I chose this company because it was an easy one stop shop and their contract was very well laid out and transparent. I didn't have to shop at a dozen places to pick out my faucet, toilet, floors etc...Everything was right there in front of me and my wife and I selected our decor in less than 2 hours. The crew was very good as well. They came on time and left on time. I work at home a lot and I can tell by their progress that they're very efficient, flexible to changes, most important of all, very polite. When they left, they cleaned up my basement and all the trash that were part of the reno. In terms of cost, I think it was fair and definitely good value. They are very honest to us regarding what we need and don't need. The overall quality of work was very good and I would definitely recommend them to friends.
