From our first correspondence, Paul was very professional and friendly. Paul is a very trustworthy person. We felt as if we had known him for yeas. We felt comfortable asking questions and had an immediate sense that the service that Falco Landscape Design would provide us would be high-quality. Pricing was very competitive and very fair, providing the highest VALUE we found after receiving many quotes. Paul and his workers were punctual, and stuck to the timelines that were quoted to us. They were neat, cleaned up after themselves and treated our property with respect. Falco Landscape Design worked on our project without taking on other projects in between. This was very important to us, and from our experience, a difficult quality to come by. Paul worked very hard to ensure that we were absolutely satisfied in every facet. And we were. His multiple follow-up phone calls proved that he genuinely cared about our satisfaction. They went the extra mile to ensure the project was completed properly, including providing work and considerations that were not originally anticipated. We called Paul to give us a quote on a new fence and the interlocking stone in our courtyard needed to be replaced. He offered a few suggestions and was very knowledgeable during our first meeting. We had a good feeling after meeting him and felt comfortable hiring Paul to do the job. He was on time every day, very professional and a hard worker. After the first day, he provided us with an update on the time line for the remainder of the project and he was really a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Falco Landscape Design to anyone, the fence is georgeous and the stone work was perfect, he really knew what he was doing and he fixed the grade to have the water flow away from the house. We will call Paul again for our next project, his workmanship and professionalism is definitely worth it!

We were looking to get our backyard landscaped, After several contractors & quotes. Paul was the guy we picked... BOY, DID WE MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE....From the very first day, He always kept in touch, always on top of the project, listening to your every needs, and going OVER AND BEYOND any expectations. When I contacted Paul Falco to design and landscape my front lawn, he offered me to see a site that he was currently working on. At the site, the home owners gave him a great review so I decided to contract Paul. I can atest to the excellent quality of work provided by Paul's company. Paul did a great job on my front walkway and driveway for a very reasonable cost. He managed his crew closely and paid attention to details. If I did not like what his crew did , I mentioned it to Paul and he would have it redone properly at no cost. He also did the job in a timely manner. Paul also went beyond his job to help me flush out the sprinkler system he installed to prepare it for the winter.

Our front walkway needed a new look and backyard needed a good clean up, we are so glad to have Paul to work for us on the project, Paul listened and understood our needs and also provided his professional opinion, the project completed on time and met with our expectation, the work has made a great improvement in the appearance of our home. Paul and his team did a good job and kept the area clean and tidy at the end of each day. At a last minute decision, we wanted to have the driveway repave at the same time, we really appreciate Paul’s extra effort to co-ordinate with the paving company to complete the job (also nicely done). We found a lot of good reviews and rating of Falco in Homestar.com. So we contacted Paul and arranged a site visit. Paul had shown that he understood what we want by providing us some good suggestions and advises. Although the quote he gave was not the cheapest among other contractors we had talked to, we chose Falco because of their professionalism and experience. Paul and his team had done a very good job and completed it within a week. There was no mess left every day when they had finished. We are happy with the job that they have done.

our back large patio was weather beaten and many flagstones had lifted and were poorly connected(done by another company years ago) paul was effecient, helpful and with his team including Jack did a top class job. I like to thank Paul Falco for being very professional, punctual and easy to deal with and did an excellent quality job on the interlocking to widen our driveway so that we can park 2 cars. I think Paul's pricing was reasonable for the quality of the job and we are very pleased with the results.
