The inspector was professional, on time and explained some of the things that were to be tested during the inspection. The inspection report itself, however, could have been more detailed e.g if thermal imaging camera was used (which I was told it was) then pictures should have been included showing how good or bad the thermal insulation is regardless of the age of the house.

She did an okay job. Missed a major leak in the ceiling and a dead bird on the fireplace.

The inspection went very smoothly. The inspector was on time and was welcomed us to attend the inspection. Everything was explained as we went along in clear, easy to understand terms. The inspector was also friendly and provided good customer service.

I would certainly recommend Accurate Home Inspections again. The inspectors are very knowledgeable and thorough. Answered all questions that were asked. Had a previous home inspection with another company, they missed a lot of points that Accurate Home Inspections picked up.
