Accurate Home Inspection

We are grateful that Terra fit us in for our pre-purchase home inspection and did not rush the process. She thoroughly inspected our home from roof to ceiling, inside and out. It was a walk and talk inspection where she allowed us to view the areas as she inspects them and explains her findings. Terra educated us on proper maintenance schedules of equipment and appliances to optimize their 'life' cycle and value. Any questions or concerns we had were encouraged and welcomed.

She is punctual, knowledgeable, well-experienced, and personable. Our inspection was a couple of hours and then she sat down with us to review everything that was discovered. She also provided us with a home maintenance folder, good quality tape measure, and estimating and budgeting guide for necessary repairs. She e-mailed us a digital copy of our report complete with photos within a couple of hours. She kindly followed up with us to see if we had additional questions as it can be a lot to take in during the inspection. Terra also informed us of the results of the recall search on the appliances in the home; she is fantastic! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking their next home inspection.

Terra was professional, polite, and extremely helpful for our home inspection. At the start of the inspection, she gave us a tape measure and a folder with documents to help with house maintenance. She was very thorough with her inspection, checking the roof, walls, flooring, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, appliances, and everything in between. If she found issues, she stopped and showed me what the issue was, what the implications were, and tips on how to fix it. She told me lots of tips for maintaining the home and answered all my questions. She even had a thermal imaging camera and drone camera to see things that we would not be able to see normally. At the end of the inspection, she sat us down to give us a summary of the issues around the house and to answer any more questions that I had. On the same day, she sent me the inspection report with everything she mentioned. The report was informative, clear, and had good pictures. Overall, I was very impressed and satisfied with the inspection with Terra and would recommend her!

Terra performed a very comprehensive inspection on the home I am buying. Terra was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. The report she sent me was thorough, concise and I received it within two hours after the inspection.
