The service was excellent, highly recommend Accurate Home Inspections. The inspector showed up promptly and was very communicative even prior to the appointment. They were thorough when reviewing the home and encouraged me to follow them around and ask questions as they arose. Each question was addressed with a detailed response and explained in a very understandable way. The knowledge and expertise provided was comforting and put me at ease when making such a large purchase. The report was provided faster than expected, it was very detailed with photos of each item that helped me to make an educated decision.

Great Home Inspection Experience

We were very glad to have Terra complete our home inspection. Before the inspection, she summarized how she would complete the work and what she looks for. During the inspection, we were able to follow along and ask questions without hesitation. She also provided tips and quick fixes for prolonging the life of the home features.

The final report was clear and included pictures and graphics to help explain what she found.

A great overall experience and highly recommend Terra for your next home inspection.

Great Experience

Terra was fantastic. She was thorough, courteous and did a great job. She found issues in the house without disturbing any of the property. She had every tool she needed at hand to get where she needed to and perform a detailed visual inspection. The experience was quick as well. I definitely will be using and I recommend using Accurate Home Inspections to perform your pre home purchase.
