I have now had two home inspections completed by Terra and she did an excellent job both times. She was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She took her time and was very patient with all our questions and gave us a great run down of the place reviewing every detail with a keen eye. Pointing out all kinds of things that I thought I should have noticed, but definitely didnt. She also provided a level of reassurance in some issues that might have seen a bit more problematic then they were and she was very realistic in her approach.
