Very thorough and easy to follow
Terra was incredibly thorough and explained everything she was doing, the concerns and mediation plans as she went. The report arrived in less than 12h and was very complete, included photos, timeline and action recommendations that was easy to interpret. She provided us with lots of resources, including those to help with problems down the road. For those concerns that were outside of her scope, she was still knowledgeable about approximate costs and could recommend other professionals. Highly recommend!
