Accurate Home Inspection

Terra was very thorough when she conducted my home inspection, going room by room and taking care to check all the doors, windows, switches and plugs in each room. She also labelled all of the main utility connections with large and easily visible labels, which was a nice touch.

I really appreciated how she was able to answer all of my questions in layman's terms that were easy to understand. She also communicated clearly what she was doing in each step of the home inspection and explained her findings as she went along. The report was also very detailed as well. If I were doing another home inspection in the future, I would not hesitate to go with Terra again!
