Citrus O

Do NOT use this product if you expect to get stains out of your carpet. It looks great for about 3 weeks but then ALL of the stains come back. This happened twice even after they tried to guarantee their work in able to come back and try for the re-sell. Once again, all the stains came back. The technician was a grumpy man that was extremely rude and laughed at me when I asked him to sign to guarantee the work. I will never ever use this company and I promise you shouldn't waste your money. It looks and smells nice for a few weeks and then everything comes back. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Great service from customer service to the technician, were very thorough and friendly... Got out some stubborn stains in our livingroom. The orange scent left the apt smelling fresh and new. Thank you Citruso.. will definitely recommend you to our family and friends.

Spots removed from carpet - carpets well cleaned. We added Ultra Guard for 87$ and this gave us a 1 year warranty. Two months later huge stain on carpet caused by us. Called Citrus-O came within 2 days cleaned entire carpet - stain removed successfully. Was a pleasure to do business with them.
