I was so disappointed from start to finish with Hillcrest. So overpriced and not an understanding of good style. They fired my project manager 1/2 way through the project, the vanity and tap they chose (and charged me a lot for) was the cheapest piece I've ever seen and the grout is all different colours. To top it off, the drywall and paint is lumpy and now I need to get it all re-done. I would NEVER use this company. You could get the same product doing it yourself and going to home depot.

Do NOT use this product if you expect to get stains out of your carpet. It looks great for about 3 weeks but then ALL of the stains come back. This happened twice even after they tried to guarantee their work in able to come back and try for the re-sell. Once again, all the stains came back. The technician was a grumpy man that was extremely rude and laughed at me when I asked him to sign to guarantee the work. I will never ever use this company and I promise you shouldn't waste your money. It looks and smells nice for a few weeks and then everything comes back. WASTE OF MONEY!!!
