Durham Home Inspection

After the sale of our home fell through becuase it did not pass a home inspection we hired Durham Home Inspection to come in and tell us why. They were fast, professional and gave us a detailed account of where our home could use improvement. They were also realistic and said that the home inspector that had not passed our home was over stepping his ability and making up conclusions based on no real proof. Our home inspector also directed us to a great contractor who did the repairs on our home in the same fast and professional manner. We were so happy with the home inspection on our home we hired him to do another one on the new home we wanted to buy. Again he pointed out every small change that could be made to improve the home but then talked to us about the must haves and the nice to haves. It is too bad we don't have more opportunities to use this guy! He was great!
