Sunrise Windows and Doors

This company was chosen by our developer. We purchased new windows and French doors which included installation and finishing (i.e. caulking, foaming, etc.) in Oct 2018. However, Sunrise installed the windows not centred in the trim. Also, we are still waiting for them to come back to caulk the windows. They cancelled at the last minute in early June without any reason and they did not return our calls to re-book. Their president and salesman, Aldo does not know the meaning of customer service. We have paid in full but services render have not been completed. My house on the exterior looks unfinished and a work in progress since Dec 2018. They are totally unprofessional and do not provide quality work. No ethics whatsoever!
