Nema showed up quickly and spent his time checking what could be adjusted/ cleaned/ tweaked before suggesting any parts/ further services. Amazing.
I’m so used to having someone show up, walk around and say they need to get a part after 10 minutes and they’re gone. Not Nema- he spent his time to really figure out and not rush to the next job.
