After 4 separate visits from the utility company who was unable to diagnose or repair my 2 year old gas fireplace (the utility had even said we needed to get an electrician!) I was incredibly frustrated! I therefore called Mr. Heat Mechanical instead. The team from Mr. Heat was courteous, prompt and professional. They booked me an appointment right away, Nima came out on time and immediately diagnosed the problem (a broken piezo and thermocoupler) and had it fixed in a matter of minutes.
