I first called them in the winter when my humidifier broke, and he got me a right-sized model installed in an hour. He even gave me instructions on properly caring for the entire system - absolutely invaluable as a new homeowner. Naturally, when the condenser in my A/C bit the bullet, Nima got me a brand new unit installed the very next day, on a Saturday no less.
