Complete Home Concepts just finished our Sunroom this week and we just can’t get over how great it looks. We wanted to write about every person we dealt with because we just can’t believe the customer service we received and honestly wanted to show our gratitude. Thank you Mel and Mario from day one for earning our trust. Mel was very knowledgeable, had great ideas and true to his word. If he said he would call or email…he always did . Mario on our first conversation on the phone was very personable and his demeanor expressed a true sense of caring. This was one of the key factors in earning our confidence with this company. Being able to communicate every step of the way with Curtis was just as important to us. It reassured us that we were always on the same page, if we couldn’t figure it out on email, he made sure he called us to get it right. They’re willingness to please the customer, was unprecedented. When it came to drawings, variance and permit, Mal was not only there with answers, but between him and Curtis, they helped us understand the process. And of course the front line guy, Brad. Hardest worker we’ve ever seen, didn’t cut corners, and didn’t take the easy way, nothing but good workmanship. He also communicated every step of the way. Honorable mention goes to Jerry the flooring guy and the electricians for work well done. Let’s not kid ourselves, nothing ever goes perfect. We had a couple of minor issues and they were right on top of it. They exceeded our expectation 110%. We highly recommend and will definitely call them for our next project.
