great product BAD customer service
Great salesman and installation personnel, great product. Horrific customer service by the owner of the store, he was RUDE & lacking in basic customer service skills.
His behaviour would influence me purchasing any accompanying pieces from this company. I won't be spending any more of my hard earned $$ in a company that has such little regard for their customers.
