Amazon replaced all eaves in our house during the late summer over two years ago.As the winter came we noticed that big slabs of ice was forming on the side of the house, then we start calling Amazon (with no response). We got our roof done and the contractor told us you must get the eaves guys to fix this otherwise the ice formation in the winter will continue. By now our warranty with Amazon is over. After approx. 8 phone messages one day last fall one of them showed up, climb on the ladder and told me, don't worry I'll fix it, I'll be back I know what is the problem, that was October 2014. I told him, listen I know that by now the warranty is over and we need this problem to be fix, so please do it and give me the invoice I have no problem paying for it..They never returned to do the job.This past winter, was yet another winter with a huge accumulation of ice between the two houses that now our neighbour is complaining because the ice has became a safety hazard during the winter months. My partner put another 4 calls to them after October 2014 and I recently put yetanother call to them asking to please come and fix this faulty eaves installation and charge us for their services. I also asked to fix yet another section that started to leak. Why do we keep calling Amazon? Well if they did the installation it make sense to bring the original contractors to do the job, the assumption is that they will know best. As of today Amazon has not showed up or respond to any of our many many phone messages and the problem remain.
It took me a lot of thought to decide to write this review as I keep giving them chances to reverse this not so great experience.
