Archie & Crew have once again delivered a quick and efficient install. The new windows look great and we're looking at having the rest of the house done by Archie's team as well.

Archie and his team replaced 4 windows (Pella); 3 casements and a single hung, and an exterior door. They did a very professional and neat job. Drop cloths were placed from the entrance and up two flights of stairs, so no mess left behind. Exterior flashing was also neatly installed. We would strongly recommend this company for window and door installations.

Based on excellent reviews on Homestars, I contacted Archie of Sobol Inc. for a quote for a new door and window I needed installed in my home. He is very professional and knowledgeable and recommended the right products for both those jobs. He also noticed areas in one of my existing windows and front door that needed weather-proofing, and came up with a very affordable solution that didn't require heavy investment. They gave me a set day for work to start and arrived precisely on that day at the appointed time. Archie and his team did a superb job of executing the work with craftsmanlike attention to detail, and finishing touches so the new door looks like it is actually part of my century-old home. In spite of a couple of setbacks in the process, they came in on time and on budget and I am delighted with the results. Thank you, Sobol Inc.!

Delayed by weather, very good at keeping us up to date with the situation. Did a beautiful job with the trim around the window. Cleaned up very well. Very professional and easy to deal with.

I've owned and renovated 5 old homes in downtown Toronto and dealt with dozens of contractors. Sobol Inc is first class in their customer service, quality of workmanship and expertise. They replaced an older slider with a more efficient and larger one a few days ago. It involved a lot of tear out, framing, rebuilding and problem-solving. The schedule was tight and they encountered lots challenges, as my home is more than a century old. I'm very happy with the job they did. I recommend them highly!

Archie sets the standard when it comes to customer service. Last year he replaced the sealed glass units in several windows in our home in which the seal had failed. In addition he replaced the sliding door in my kitchen. He is very detail oriented, particularly with the contract so that you know exactly what you are ordering. The staff that did the installation were very friendly, worked cleanly and professionally and when I had a problem with the sliding door lock he returned without a problem to sort it out.
A year later I had my home painted and the painters damaged the capping around the sliding door, I called in and he quickly checked his supplies at his warehouse, found that he had the correct colour materials and came within a day or two to replace it, again very professional. If only all contractors were this honest, reliable and professional, renovations would be so much easier! Thank you Archie.

Archie was great, very professional and his quote was significantly less then the other company that I got a quote from. You can tell he has experience and isn't just trying to upsell you. They were right on time, left the place clean and the window looks fantastic! Thanks I would definitely use them again, and definitely recommend them.

Our experience with Sobol began with Archie making a single trip where he clearly explained the options, took measurements and then he followed up with a quote by email. We signed back and delivery and timing of installation was exactly as promised.
The work itself was excellent, and the quality of the finishing trim was much better than we'd expected - particularly in our wonky old house. But the real difference with Sobol was the little things. Politeness, taking care while in our house, being very friendly and good natured with two little children wandering around.
Absolutely no complaints or suggestions for improvement!
