This builder has proven to be horrible in every way. Not only was our home delayed for over a year past the original date, after closing, the builder is completely unresponsive when trying we are trying to address on-going issues with the quality of the workman ship. missing kitchen cupboards, loose flooring, horribly done trim work, paint missing/different colors, issues with lights. When you do get someone in, they do a half job and you have to start all over again with trying to get them back in to do something properly.
the site is a total mess all the time, no roads, grass, curbs with some of our neighbours living there for over a year with none of these things - what a horrible decision it was to go with this builder - STAY AWAY
