moved into a 1 year old home as second owner. What a nightmare! absolute worst for custmor service-no one takes responsibility for your queries and keep brushing you under the carpet in the hopes that you will eventually give up.
Roof has a leak that has now stained my ceiling and i have ben trying to rectify this with builder for over 4 months now.
save yourself the grief and look for another builder, or, get to know TARION very well.
SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!
