Steve and Linda are friendly, reliable, and efficient. I wasn't at the house when Steve replaced the oven burner so he took a photo of it and sent it to me. Their fee was competitive and their service above the rest. I will be calling them for all of my repair needs, and will be happy to recommend them.

We have had Steve and Linda Twice, once for washer and once for dryer. Very honest People. Both times Steve actually "fixed" the problems on the spot without odering expensive new parts. Linda was so thiughtfull last time. She noticed at the door that I am on chemo and since she had a cold she waited at the door because she realised my immune system would be down.

Thank you, Linda and Steve, for a professional, honest, stressfree and knowledgable service call. In and out in 30 minutes, I knew from all the reviews that I would expect nothing less, and now I know who to call whenever I have any issues with the appliances.

I called because my upright freezer was running all the time. Linda was very helpful, walked me through a couple trouble shooting scenarios. This worked for a while but eventually we determined that we needed to replace the control panel. The part arrived and fixed promptly and the price was very reasonable. The freezer worked for a while but then we had the same problem. Steve replaced the part again and explained what might be happening if this doesn’t work and if it is worth fixing. In the end we did get a new freezer and Steve and Linda were very kind to take the part back. In short, I was very impressed with the service, the honesty and care for the customer that Steve and Linda show. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was initially worried that my 20 + year old dryer will be hard to fix or it'll be tough to find parts for (there was no heat inside the drum). When I called for service I was asked some simple questions about the symptoms and was told that the part that is most likely faulty could be ordered within a couple of days. However less than an hour later I received a call that it's possible to have a service done on the same day.
It was another hour and my dryer was already being worked on. Not only the faulty part was replaced, but the bearings inspected and everything inside was cleaned up and vacuumed.
I'm 100% satisfied with the prompt, friendly and professional service!

Sent an email on Saturday Evening to get a quote to repair my washing machine. I expected to hear from them on Monday. Received a text that night where they tried to offer suggestions as to how I could fix it without a service call. In the end, it required them to service. Their response was beyond expectation and their service was perfect. Recommend to everyone.

I called Cascade based on the Homestars reviews and even though I was told that my freezer needs to be replaced, I am very happy with the service I received. Steve walked me through each step of his troubleshooting and explained very clearly how he determined what was wrong with the freezer, and why it is not worth repairing. Linda also offered great advice towards what to look for in new appliances.

I had been searching for a good appliance repair specialist as my lousy Samsung washer failed. Called and eventually connected with Linda. She was patient enough to listen to what my issue was and quickly came to assess that my particular repair would be approximately $600-$900. Certainly not worth moving forward with. I would truthfully say Linda was very honest. Others that I called for the same work seem to be willing to would my money. Linda's recommendation not to repair the washer but rather buy a new one I am confident will in the end save us a lot of time and aggravation. In the end, although I didn't use their service, I will likely return one day. Thank yo Linda

Steve and Linda come through once again! This was our third time accessing their expertise on fixing our fridge (x2) and washer. Each time they have always come through with prompt, honest, and dependable advice and serve. They are the best in town.
