Richard from this company has no customer service skills as I had my 30 years old roof changed by them. I had NO water leaks from anywhere until they changed my roof, then I called them and he is arguing with me because he was trying to not come out and saying that its not his roof that i'm getting leaks from. I would not recommend them at all as good luck if they have to do any fixing or adjusting! now there is a puddle of water in the winter with the risk of my old parents falling and breaking legs...Horrible experience!

This was an issue thatbwas clearly diacuss3dbbefore anu contractsnfor work were put together. the customer regused the recommended wall flasgingbwork. we asked again during install to confirm and the client denied to urgent recommendation.
Since we did notify the homeowner of this issue before the time of installation and again during install to confirm their decision; we gave the homeowner what they wanted. we immediatley returned to investigate as soon as the first call came through the office we were their that same day. after reminded of their decision, we offerd to come change out the area on the garage but they would still have to pay for the flashing work as it was declined.
Shortly after we recieved word from the "daughter of the homowner" who was now accusing us of avoiding our responsibilties so we set a meeting with the daughter and the father(customer) to discuss in person, onsite.
The need of the same solution, which was to have replaced the wall flashing during the initial roofing installation, was again refused and was demanded we fix it for "no extra charge. We can't keep circling back to people they were already advised multiple times. The ice is building up and coming in during the thaw. Lesson to be had here, when a professional tells you you need something replaced because it will affect the warranty it is important to let them, and you will be glad you did.
The Courts have told us the alternative is for us to do the required work anyway and then take it to the judge if the customer wont pay. we all learned a lesson here. lets keep building great roofs that last.
