Just had a repair job done by Mike - super impressed with his thoughtful diagnosis. The issue was complex to me as the home owner, but he was able to determine what it was within seconds of seeing the issue, and resolve the problem with a few simple steps and testing to make sure everything was on the mend.

This was an issue that couldn't have come at a worse time; during the holidays and a cold snap. I sent a note on Boxing Day, and I had a response within an hour to queue up a service time for the following day during regular service times. Big difference is, other companies we're just getting to my inquiry almost 36 hours later due to the holiday, meaning the issue would resolved 36 hours later than Advanpro.
